Zucchini Cake

again Zucchini but in a different way.

It is a cake! Rustic Zucchini Cake.

Easy and fast to prepare, delicious summer recipe!

Ingredients

• Zucchini

• Prosciutto

• Provolone cheese

• Parmesan cheese

• Bread crumb

• 6 Eggs

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• Salt

Steps

• Slice Zucchini and place in a frying pan with Extra Virgin olive Oil and fry for 15 minutes. At the end add salt.

• mix 6 eggs with Bread Crumbs and grated Parmesan Cheese

• Add Fried Zucchini and place half of this mixture in a baking pan

• Add a layer of Provolone Cheese, a Layer of Prosciutto and cover with the remaining mixture of Zucchini

• Spread on top Bread Crumb

• Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or so.
