and here we are in the Easter week!
this week some suggestion for your Easter Lunch.
and tell me what you prefer to cook for Easter!
Here White Lasagna. It is not the traditional Lasagna but it is very tasty.
You can prepare it also in mini single portion if you want, using the muffin pan.
Here are the ingredients and the steps. You can find the video recipe in my Instagram page (my profile - highlights) or in my YouTube channel.
Ingredients
Besciamella sauce
Semolina Flour
Butter
Milk
Salt
Mushrooms
Mushrooms
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
White Wine
Sausage
Sausage (Italian Sausage)
Fennel Seeds
Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Lasagna
Lasagna (not cooked)
Besciamella
Mushrooms (already cooked)
Sausage (already cooked)
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Sliced Mozzarella or provola Cheese
Steps
Besciamella
Place in a pan the butter, melting it
Add the Flour, mixing
Add the Milk, slowly, mixing
Add the Salt, mixing, until it boils
Mushrooms
Place in a frying pan the Mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes
Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, White Wine and cook for 5 minutes
Sausage
Place in a frying pan Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Onion and fry for 3 minutes
Add the Sausage mashing it
Add the Fennel Seeds, Salt and White Wine and cook for 5 minutes
Lasagne
Place in a deep baking pan a layer Besciamella sauce, a layer of Lasagne, a layer of Besciamella again, a layer of Sausage, a Layer of Mushrooms, a Layer os Grated Parmesan Cheese and a layer of Sliced Mozzarella Cheese and reapt it for 3 or 4 times
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, 400F.
