today we prepare together an easy Appetizer, colored and so good.
The figs are the most iconic fruit during the Italian Summer.
I love them, they are so sweet and also so beautiful to see.
Today I decided to combine this fruit with fish and the result is delicious.
I suggest you to use the green Figs, they are sweeter.

Ingredients
Figs
Smoked Salmon
Burrata
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mint
Steps
wash very well the figs and split in 4 parts but leaving the low center attached
prepare a little rose with Smoked Salmon and add it in the center of the fig
add a little piece of Burrata
Spread on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil and decorate with a Mint Leaf.
