🍋 So far so cook
Here one of my comfort food, the stewed Fennel.
It is a vegan recipe that I use to cook when I am upset, when it is winter or when I feel alone!
Here this simple and healthy recipe.

Ingredients
Fennel
tomatoes sauce
extra virgin Olive Oil
black peppers
basil
salt
Steps
cut the Fennel in quarter and wash it
place the Fennel in a pan and add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Black Peppers, Salt, Tomatoes Sauce and a pinch of Water
start cooking very slowly for around 20 minutes, checking if it needs more water
serve with Basil Leaves on top
