Buongiorno to everyone,
Today I cooked one of my favorite dishes, Spaghetti that I named "Spaghetti So Far So Cook".
I remember during my College time, I often cooked this dish for my roommates and they called it "Spaghetti Simona"!
It is very simple and very fresh!
You have to try it mainly during the summer!!!

Ingredients
Spaghetti
Fresh tomatoes
Capers
Anchovies
Basil leaves
Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Unflavored Bread Crumbs
Steps
In a pot start boiling the water so you can cook Spaghetti
Peel tomatoes placing them in hot water for few minutes so it is easier to peel them
Take off the seeds and the water inside the tomatoes and chop them
Cut the anchovies in little pieces and place them in a frying pan with extra virgin Olive Oil, cooking for one minutes
Add the bread crumbs into the anchovies pan and stir until the crumbs become gold, mixing
In another frying pan, place the extra virgin Olive Oil, the garlic and cook for 1 minute
Add the peeled tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes
When the Spaghetti are cooked (8 minutes), drain them and place them in the frying pan with the tomatoes, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the breadcrumbs with the anchovies and decorate with fresh basil
