Today I will show you a very simple recipe but also very tasty.
It is important to use fresh ingredients to have a good result!
I love seafood and mainly Shrimp!
And my husband loves rice...here "our" recipe!

Ingredients
Jasmine Rice
Shrimps
Fresh Tomatoes
Parsley
Vegetables Broth
Onion
Anchovies
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Steps
place in a pan Extra Virgin Olive Oil and chopped Onion and fry slowly for 1 minutes until the Onion becomes golden
add the Jasmine Rice and mix
add the peeled tomatoes and chopped anchovies continuing mixing
Add the broth and cook for 15 minutes
Serve spreading chopped Parsley on top
