Buongiorno and Happy Holidays,
Salmon Cheesecake is a very simple recipe, fresh, easy to prepare without cooking and tasty.
It is perfect for your Holidays Dinner as appetizer.
But you can prepare it also for your summer parties!
You can add also arugula or Orange zest.
Here my recipe that I used for my Christmas party.

Ingredients
Smoked Salmon
Cream Cheese
Lemon Zest
Basil
Crackers
Melted Butter
Pistachios for decoration
Steps
Place in a blender the Crackers and the Basil and blend them
Add Melted Butter and mix all together
Place in a bowl the Cream Cheese, Lemon Zest and the chopped Smoked Salmon and mix
In a dish place the basil/cracker mixture to prepare a base of the Cheesecake. I use a Pasta cup with press rings and you can decide the best shape for you
add on top the Cream Cheese mixture and press with the press ring
Decorate with chopped Smoked Salmon, Lemon Zest and Pistachios
