today a recipe that I tried many times with bad result (usually the potatoes are very hard and uncooked to eat).
Until I tried a good recipe with a nice result!

Ingredients
Baby potatoes
Rosemary
Sage
Herbs
Onion
White wine
Salt
Evo
Steps
wash the potatoes and place in a pan with water and salt and cook for 10 minutes or so.
in a frying pan, place Evo and onion and cook for 3 minutes
add potatoes
Add a glass of white wine and a glass of water
add herbs
mash just a little bit the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
