Ricotta Tart is a delicious and easy recipe, perfect for your breakfast or for a break in the afternoon with a cup of tea.
The ingredients you need are few and simple.

Ingredients
1 egg
330gr / 2+3/4 cups Flour (I use half all purpose flour and half almond flour)
120gr / 1/2 cup Sugar
130gr / 1/2 cup Butter
1 spoon Baking Powder
1 pinch of Salt
Vanilla Flavor
1 Lemon Zest
500 gr / 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
120gr/ 1/2 cup Sugar
Chocolate Chips
Steps
Place Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Butter in a bowl and start mixing
Add Egg, Lemon Zest and Vanilla Flavor, continuing mixing
Place the dough in the refrigerator (covered with plastic paper), for 1 hour
Prepare the cream, placing Ricotta Cheese and Sugar in a bowl and mix
Add Chocolate Chips
Place the dough in a buttered and floured cake pan, add the cream on top and decorate as you prefer
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes
