Polpette Tuna and Potatoes

Buongiorno,


today Polpette! but not meatballs, but real Sicilian Polpette!

Small, delicious, inviting!

they are so easy to prepare, smooth inside and crispy outside, usually I serve warm as appetizer, meantime we wait for our dinner, or for an happy hour with friends.

And now follow me in my kitchen for the doses and the steps!

Ingredients

  • Boiled Potatoes

  • Tuna in canvas

  • Parsley

  • Egg

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • Bread crumbs

  • Black Peppers

  • Salt

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Steps

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water, cut in little pieces

  2. In a bowl place Tuna in canvas, chopped Parsley, one Egg, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Black Peppers, Salt

  3. Prepare your small Polpette

  4. Place the Polpette in a frying pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil very hot

  5. Fry the Polpette and serve them, warm
