Pasta Zucchini and Bacon Brittles

Buongiorno,

Zucchini and Bacon are two simple and versatile ingredients that balance each other perfectly. Today we prepare a creamy Zucchini with a light and delicate flavor, enriched by the strong and smoky notes of Bacon. A cascade of Zucchini and little Bacon brittles will decorate this dish, making it very appealing to the taste and to the sight!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Bacon

  • Pasta

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Basil

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt

  • Garlic










Steps

  1. cut Zucchini in little pieces and place them in a frying pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Garlic. Cook for 10 minutes

  2. place cooked Zucchini in a blender with Basil and blend them together

  3. fry Bacon in the same frying pan and add the Zucchini Cream

  4. cook Pasta in boiling and salted water

  5. add cooked Pasta in the frying pan with Zucchini and Bacon, adding grated Parmesan cheese and mix all together

  6. decorate Pasta with fried Zucchini and fried Bacon brittle
