Ingredients
heavy cream
saffron
grated parmesan cheese
prosciutto
mushrooms
thyme
garlic
extra virgin olive oil
white wine
salt
pasta (in this case farfalle from scratch)
Steps
place heavy cream and saffron in a frying pan and cook for 3 minutes
add chopped prosciutto continuing cooking for few minutes
turn off the stove and add the grated parmesan cheese mixing all together
cook pasta in boiling and salted water
place pasta in the frying pan with the parmesan cream and mix all together
place pasta in a dish and decorate it placing on top a mixture of mushrooms (cooked in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic and white wine), and adding in the center the prosciutto
finish the dish adding the thyme.
