Panini (Italian Rolls)

Buongiorno!

Today I am baking Panini.

Panini are Italian Rolls, that date bake to many centuries ago. The ancient Roman used to eat something similar stuffed with prosciutto, beef or cheese.

Today I am preparing Panini for buffet. They are very small and very soft and perfect for any occasion. You can fill them with savory or sweet ingredients.

I use prosciutto, cheese and lettuce as my filling.
