Buongiorno,
I love to bake Orange dessert during Autumn, I love the scent of them in my kitchen.
Oranges are the main fruit in my town in Sicily and they are the main fruit here in Florida as well!
Today I am going to prepare this delicious, creamy filled dessert. It is lactose free and you can prepare it in a few steps.
It is simple and fragrant and it is perfect for breakfast and snack.

Ingredients
For the Cake
3 Eggs
150gr/ 3/4 cup Sugar
1 Orange zest
80ml Orange Juice
80ml Corn Oil
200gr/ 3/4 cup+1tbsp Flour
16gr/ 3.5 tsp Baking Powder
Powder Sugar
For the Cream
40gr/ 1/4 cup Sugar
200ml Orange Juice
30gr/ 1/4 cup Flour
Steps
Place the Eggs and the Sugar in a mixer and start mixing them
Add the Orange Zest and the Orange Juice continuing mixing
Add the Corn Oil, the Flour and the Baking Powder
Place the mixture in a cake pan and bake it at 350F for 40 minutes
Prepare the filling placing Sugar, Flour and Orange Juice in a pan, mixing and cooking it for few minutes until it become creamy
Cut the Cake in the middle and fill it with the cream
Decorate it with powder Sugar
