Orange and Chocolate Cake is always the right solution to a good and healthy breakfast!
In italian we say Ciambella and not Cake because there is an hole in the middle of it (like a donut).

Here the ingredients and the recipe
Ingredients
200gr/ 1+5/8 cups All purpose flour
200 gr/ 1+5/8 cups Sugar
120 ML/ 1 cup Corn Oil
1 Tbsp plain yogurt
2 Tsp Baking powder
25 gr/ 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 Orange Juice
1 Grated Orange Zest
3 Eggs
Steps for the Tart
š grate the Orange using the zester
š squeeze the Orange to obtain the orange juice
šplace the eggs and the sugar in a mixer and beat for 5 minutes
šadd oil continuing mixing
šadd the flour and baking powder continuing mixing
šsplit the dough in 2 part
š in the first one, add the orange juice and the grated orange zest; mix for few seconds
š In the second one add the cocoa powder and the yogurt and mix for few seconds
šplace the mixture in a cake pan previously buttered and floured, alternating the 2 mixture in layers.
š Bake it at 350F for 40 minutes
