Linguine and Lobster

Buongiorno!

It is summer and here in Florida it is very hot! I would like to be on the beach!

for this reason today we will prepare together a summer recipe that remember me the beach life, the sandbar, the ocean!

Linguine and lobster is a very easy recipe you can prepare in few steps. it is usual in Italy and mainly in south Italy.

I love seafood, and the Lobster is considered the most important seafood in the world. it is very tasty so it doesn't need other flavors, and for this reason the recipes are very simply.

Follow me in my kitchen to cook together this delicious Linguine.

Ingredients

  • Linguine or Spaghetti

  • Lobster

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Garlic

  • Parsley

  • Basil

  • White Wine

  • Salt

  • Black Peppers









Steps

  1. Cut your Lobster (with its shell) and divide it in two parts

  2. In a frying pan place Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Basil and the stems of the Parsley. Add the Lobster as well

  3. Cook for 5 minutes or so and add the White Wine

  4. Place the Lobster, the Garlic and the Herbs in a bowl and leave just the Oil with the Lobster flavor

  5. Divide in the middle the Cherry Tomatoes and place them in the same frying pan and start cooking for 15 minutes

  6. Add Salt, Black Peppers, chopped Parsley and again the Lobster and cook for another 5 minutes.

  7. Meantime cook Linguine (or Spaghetti) in boiling and salted water

  8. When ready, place Spaghetti in the frying pan with Tomatoes and Lobster, add a spoon of water of Pasta and mix all together

  9. Place Linguine in a dish, place on top the Cherry Tomatoes and on the side the Lobster, and decorate with Basil.
