Buongiorno!
today I decided to mix Green Beans that I love mainly during the summer and Almond.
In Sicily we use a lot Almonds in the cuisine, they are an healthful food that came in Sicily from eastern Mediterranean ancient countries.
Sometimes I like to mix in original way this amazing seed!

Ingredients
Green Beans
Chopped Almonds
Cherry Tomatoes
Roasted Bread Crumbs
Garlic
Basil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Steps
Chop the Cherry Tomatoes and place in a frying pan with Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil; cook for 10 minutes
Meantime cook the Green Beans in boiling and salted water for 15 minutes
add the Green Beans in the frying pan with tomatoes and add Basil, Chopped Almonds and roasted Bread Crumbs (to roast the bread crumbs, place it in a frying pan and roast for 5 minutes or so until it becomes golden). Cook them for 5 minutes.
