today again Vegetables.
I love Fennel and I try to find always a way to cook it.
Here a tasty recipe that you prepare in few steps to have a delicious final result!
The Fennel is a very healthy vegetables that also during the cooking keeps all the flavor and crunchiness.
It is a light side to serve with fish or with beef.
Try it!

Ingredients
Fennel
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Parsley
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Steps
slice the Fennel and cook in boiling and salted water for 10 minutes
cold down the Fennel and in a bowl place the Eggs scrambled
and in another bowl place the Breadcrumbs, chopped Parsley, grated Parmesan Cheese
coat the Fennel slices in the Eggs and after in the Breadcrumbs mixture
place the Fennel slices in a baking pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and spread on top salt
Bake 390F for 20 minutes.
