this month just vegetables or so!
Today I choice to cook Cauliflowers.
I love it!
It is a real tasty vegetable and you don't need so much to cook it.
I use as usual a lot of aromatic herbs.
This is a grated Cauliflower recipe, very tasty...delicious!!!
You can use it as side with fish, it is perfect.
And you can use it as appetizer as well!

Ingredients
Cauliflower
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Milk
Sage
Rosemary
Black Pepper
Black Olives
Grated Pecorino or Parmesan cheese
Breadcrumbs
Steps
slice the Cauliflower
in a baking pan place Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cauliflower slices, again on top Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Spread on top, Salt, Herbs, Black Peppers and Milk
Finish with Black Olives, Grated Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese and Breadcrumbs
Baked 380F for 15 minutes
