Autumn on the Table

Buongiorno,

Yesterday I organized this special dinner for my client, with the colors of the Autumn.

I prepared

- Burrata, Prosciutto and Cherry Tomatoes

- Focaccia

- Timbale rice and Peas (or 4 Cheeses Rice)

- Salmon with Sicilian Coat

- Orange, Spinach and Fennel Salad

- Mascarpone Cream and Berries.

​All the food have the Autumn colors, Green in the Rice, Orange in the Salmon, and Berries colors in the Dessert.

Everything Looked delicious.

Summer Italian Dinner

Buongiorno, an Italian Dinner perfect during Summer.

I set the table with Lemons and a lot of Green and I cooked an amazing Appetizer in Glasses, a simple Italian Pasta with Tomatoes and Basil adding a special Ricotta sauce, stuffed Figs, and more.

My clients were so happy!

Pasta From Scratch Cooking Class

Buongiorno, a funny Cooking Class with amazing people.

\We cooked together:

- Tagliatelle from Scratch

- Bolognese Sauce

- Bruschette

And mainly we ate together having a lot of fun and testing this delicious recipe.

I decorated the table as well.

A Dinner Birthday on the lake

Buongiorno, Here an event that I organized for my client for a Birthday Celebration. It was a formal dinner where the client asked:

- Burrata and Prosciutto, Cherry Tomatoes and Pistachios

- Baked Anelletti Pasta

- Chicken Breast and Marsala Sauce

- Grilled Asparagus

I made the Table setting as well, following what the client requested: multicolor flowers, a table rich of colors on a lake.

Business Launch Event

Buongiorno, in April I launched my business and I Organized a big event in my house. here some pictures to show you what you can prepare when you organize an Italian Buffet and how you can decorate your table. 

It was a success! The guests appreciated the food and the table.

The theme was the Lemon (that is part of my Logo).
